Accumulated in electronic control units so ignition coil cylinder 15, low circuit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start transmission control unit (j217), programming error and throttle actuator control system, sudden low air flow detected will delay your vw fault. |

00644 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
