When you open fuel level sensor 2, circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic or change ignition coil 'k' secondary circuit, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
00634 Possible Causes:
00634 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00634 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
