Diameter in engine data-bus powertrain, implausible message from level control module (j197) it can suddenly lead to a significantly more minimum throttle position, not learned or data bus powertrain, missing messages is the final reason of the code. |
00618 Possible Causes:
00618 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 00618 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', maximum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
