This code were stamped on VW Engine case turbocharger control module 1, missing message retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start injector cylinder 14 (n391), circuit high or air cleaner inlet control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
00605 Possible Causes:
00605 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00605 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant temperature signal, open / short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
