Diagnosing engine bar with reversing light, circuit short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+ or 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
00597 Possible Causes:
00597 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00597 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
