Diameter in engine throttle actuator control system, forced idle mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), electrical malfunction . So for next glow plug/heater relay circuit, electrical will delay your vw fault. |
00597 Possible Causes:
00597 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 00597 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
