When you open ignition coil 'g' primary control, circuit low to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
00585 Possible Causes:
00585 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00585 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
