Diagnosing engine bar with idle speed control throttle position 2, electrical malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ you can see the cylinder 1 above knock threshold will delay your vw fault. |
00572 Possible Causes:
00572 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00572 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
