The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault wheel speed signal 3, range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor powertrain data bus, missing message from instrument cluster also vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
00566 Possible Causes:
00566 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00566 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
