Diagnosing engine bar with fuel mixture control adjustment range 3, higher limit not reached retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start internal control module: eeprom error or please check coding of ecus in data bus powertrain is the final reason of the code. |
00548 Possible Causes:
00548 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00548 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
