This code were stamped on VW Engine case throttle actuator control motor, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground or change 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |

00535 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 4, out of range
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
