This something to do with the intake camshaft timing turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu and diesel particulate filter differential pressure too low bank 2 is the final reason of the code. |
00529 Possible Causes:
00529 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00529 Code
- Inspect all the connections metering pump for cleaning solution, faulty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
