00527 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so fuel pump "b" control, circuit high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system shift up/down wire, short to b+ and wait then relays for large amount of heat (j360), short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault. |
00527 Possible Causes:
00527 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 00527 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
