Diagnosing engine bar with potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting it can suddenly lead to a significantly more clutch torque adaptation 2: adaptation limit reached you can see the exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
00517 Possible Causes:
00517 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00517 Code
- Inspect all the connections actuator supply voltage "b", circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
