Diameter in engine exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit / open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance and nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
00517 Possible Causes:
00517 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 00517 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of all wheel drive ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
