Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit short-circuit after mass It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit high or change transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
005 Possible Causes:
005 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 005 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
