This code were stamped on VW Engine case secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration . On the other hand throttle control: airflow at idle too low is the final reason of the code. |
005 Possible Causes:
005 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 005 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbo/super charger over-boost condition
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
