This code were stamped on VW Engine case engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too low . On the other hand hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), no / incorrect basic setting/adaptation will delay your vw fault. |

00482 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 00482 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management feedback signal "b", high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
