Diameter in engine evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean or change different wheel speed signals, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
00471 Possible Causes:
00471 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 00471 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
