The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, inner resistance implausible also diesel particle filter: excessive soot accumulation is the final reason of the code. |
00470 Possible Causes:
00470 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 00470 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
