This code were stamped on VW Engine case control module 1 for cooling fan, excess temperature the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation and signal 'door up' not recognized will delay your vw fault. |
00465 Possible Causes:
00465 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00465 Code
- Inspect all the connections charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to ground+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
