Diameter in engine exhaust bank 3, probe 1 tension too largely retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), open / short to ground you can see the linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
00447 Possible Causes:
00447 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00447 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
