00439 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), regulation range exceeded the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles starter relay 2, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
00439 Possible Causes:
00439 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 00439 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
