This something to do with the intake camshaft timing change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, performance or stuck off the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles data bus powertrain, missing message from instruments panel ecu and wait then nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
00409 Possible Causes:
00409 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 00409 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 1 (n215), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
