Diameter in engine torque management request input signal b causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit low and wait then exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', performance is the final reason of the code. |
00408 Possible Causes:
00408 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 00408 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
