This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injector control pressure sensor, circuit intermittent the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit low and exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
00399 Possible Causes:
00399 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00399 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 1, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
