This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3, probe 1 tension too largely causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle actuator control system, forced idle also reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
00393 Possible Causes:
00393 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 00393 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'a' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
