The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after mass retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start please check dtc memory of central electric control ecu also givers 2 for intake air temperature (g299), signal too small is the final reason of the code. |
00392 Possible Causes:
00392 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 00392 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection system switching valve bank 2, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
