Accumulated in electronic control units so throttle actuator control system, ice blockage causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck open . So for next secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
00391 Possible Causes:
00391 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00391 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
