The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit range / performance and hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), lower limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
00380 Possible Causes:
00380 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00380 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel supply heater, control circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
