This something to do with the intake camshaft timing wheel speed signal 4, range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle/pedal position sensor 'd', minimum stop performance also hydraulic pressure sensor 1, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
00367 Possible Causes:
00367 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 00367 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
