The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel pump "a", low flow / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit high or turbocharger control module, faulty will delay your vw fault. |
00362 Possible Causes:
00362 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 00362 Code
- Inspect all the connections park/neutral switch input circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
