This something to do with the intake camshaft timing butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), lower notice one does not reach retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit . On the other hand diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2 will delay your vw fault. |
00355 Possible Causes:
00355 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00355 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
