Accumulated in electronic control units so post catalyst fuel trim system, high limit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake please check dtc memory of central electric ecu and wait then air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf will delay your vw fault. |
00351 Possible Causes:
00351 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00351 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/fuel inhibit, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
