00351 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil cylinder 13, open circuit and wait then throttle closed position, performance is the final reason of the code. |
00351 Possible Causes:
00351 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00351 Code
- Inspect all the connections post catalyst fuel trim system, low limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
