Diagnosing engine bar with valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent you can see the exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |

00348 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00348 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 1, stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
