The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault transmission range display, circuit open causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system catalyst system exhaust bank 3, effectiveness too low or camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
00324 Possible Causes:
00324 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 00324 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
