The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start glow plug / heater relay, circuit open / short to ground . On the other hand glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit open / short to ground is the final reason of the code.
