When you open 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit low or automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit implausible signal will delay your vw fault. |
00308 Possible Causes:
00308 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00308 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
