00308 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid d (n389), signal low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel fired heater, disabled and wait then park/neutral switch input circuit is the final reason of the code. |
00308 Possible Causes:
00308 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 00308 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan (v7), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
