00302 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start bank 2, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g301) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation also throttle/pedal position sensor a, circuit error message from engine controller is the final reason of the code. |
00302 Possible Causes:
00302 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 00302 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'g' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
