Staring in engine butterfly valve drive 2 (g296) of electrical errors in the electric circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle actuator control module, internal circuit and wait then barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
00279 Possible Causes:
00279 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 00279 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet, cylinder 2 (n241), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
