The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault transmission coolant circuit relay, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system please check dtc memory of adr control module or change motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
00272 Possible Causes:
00272 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 00272 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
