This something to do with the intake camshaft timing please check dtc memory of abs control module causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system reversing light, circuit short to b+ also fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
00265 Possible Causes:
00265 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 00265 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', maximum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
