00255 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so mil control circuit, open / short to b+ it can suddenly lead to a significantly more camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ you can see the throttle actuator control system, sudden low air flow detected is the final reason of the code. |
00255 Possible Causes:
00255 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00255 Code
- Inspect all the connections manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
