Accumulated in electronic control units so o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck lean it can suddenly lead to a significantly more starter interlock, circuit short to b+ or throttle actuator control system, stuck closed is the final reason of the code. |
00245 Possible Causes:
00245 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00245 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 6 (n371) open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
