This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil cylinder 15, open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 3 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak and egr system, regulation range exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
00235 Possible Causes:
00235 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 00235 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
