The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault air cleaner inlet control, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake boost pressure control valve (n249), mechanical malfunction also injection pump timing offset is the final reason of the code. |
00215 Possible Causes:
00215 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 00215 Code
- Inspect all the connections vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
