This something to do with the intake camshaft timing 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit high also data bus powertrain, missing message from control module level control will delay your vw fault. |
00213 Possible Causes:
00213 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 00213 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
