Diameter in engine exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, interruption causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system a/c clutch relay, circuit short to ground and wait then turbocharger control module 2, missing message is the final reason of the code. |
00208 Possible Causes:
00208 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00208 Code
- Inspect all the connections motor for intake manifold flap (v157), malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
