The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s2, signal shorted to heater circuit . On the other hand vehicle speed signal, circuit short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
00203 Possible Causes:
00203 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 00203 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
