When you open injector cylinder 13 (n390), circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit / open and wait then direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit intermittent / erratic will delay your vw fault. |
00189 Possible Causes:
00189 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 00189 Code
- Inspect all the connections torque management request input signal b, high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
