This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles injector control pressure regulator, circuit / open you can see the injector control pressure regulator, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
00187 Possible Causes:
00187 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 00187 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
