When you open data bus powertrain, missing message from clutch control it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow you can see the throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
00183 Possible Causes:
00183 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00183 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
