Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust gas recirculation flow, excessive detected retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
00180 Possible Causes:
00180 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 00180 Code
- Inspect all the connections ecm/pcm power input, signal range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
